Detroit 75 Kitchen was already making waves in the food and beverage space long before I started working with them.
Their sensational food and their "don't give two f*cks attitude had secured them a cult following in the city, but they wanted to think bigger...
Whereas most brands try to sidestep taking risks, Detroit 75 sought my help for the exact opposite reason. So, we devised a plan that would seek to increase engagement and impressions by doing just that.
Our social growth strategy centered around the content itself, showcasing the head chef and owner as the brand icon and figurehead.
Once we had the content, it was time to encourage engagement, with around-the-clock social listening and community management.
The Detroit 75 Kitchen’s social media following has grown by thousands across all platforms. By not only listening to consumers and followers but actively engaging with them, we have increased engagement and user-generated content tenfold.
Alongside supporting their social media and overall creative strategy, I have also been able to help them curate and hone their brand story to better communicate the “why” behind their “f*ck your opinions” attitude.
